Exquisite
Architecture

Soligo boasts thoughtful, intelligent architecture designed to honour the heritage character of Balwyn whilst bringing its own unique touch to the area. An articulated and unified facade gives way to spaces defined by considered and intuitive floorpans, allowing the act of living to unfold with the utmost ease.

A meticulously
composed facade.

Combining a symmetrical form with linear proportions and strong articulation, there is a grandiosity to the facade that commands its place on Whitehorse Road. Embracing a sophisticated and monochromatic palette, the materiality is both robust and timeless – designed to stand the test of time both physically and aesthetically.

Grounded by a podium, the upper level has intentionally been set back from the street to reduce the bulk of the building. At the centre, a prominent arrival experience has been cultivated by a tranquil walkway through to the lobby. The materiality and form is offset by a diversity of lush vegetation, creating a harmonious blend of natural and architectural elements.

Inspired by the uniquely rich landscape of Soligo.

Soligo is inspired by a famous river in northern Italy that starts in the beautiful Dolomites and makes its way down to the Adriatic, slowly meandering through the rolling lush hills of the Veneto region. This area is renowned throughout the world for its artisans, craftsmen and stone masons. From above, the colour variations and vein-like patterns resemble the distinctive texture of marble.

This informed not only the name for Soligo, but also the very foundation of its design. Imbued by the essence of European sophistication and an undeniable sense of craftsmanship, these homes are awash with stunning Carrara marble surfaces procured straight from an Italian quarry.

“Soligo is a timeless yet contemporary composition that has been designed to create a sense of sanctuary for its residents. Fronted by an elegantly crafted facade, interior spaces reveal natural and premium finishes, enhanced by plentiful natural light and an ever-present view of the lush landscaping.”
